Field Camp for 500 personnel

HTS TENTIQ was approached to design, manufacture and supply a complete fully mobile and serviced field camp for 500 military persons. It was critical the camp could be deployed to and perform in areas with extreme climates and environments.

The camp comprised of 40 tents from the Inflatable Tents ABZ-M range and a dining tent from the Large Tent GZ-M range. Designed to provide accommodation for soldiers in self-contained units, the Inflatable Shelters were supplied with insulated linings, HVAC units and lighting. Each shelter was specified at 6.00m width by 10.00m length and with a lightweight aluminium outer frame and cassette flooring system. The dining/mess tent was 12.00m wide by 30.00m long and fitted with a wooden floor on a raised steel/aluminium sub-frame. The camp also included a fully equipped kitchen area, sanitary and laundry facilities and an infirmary with incinerator.

The full camp is easily mobile and deployable worldwide. It can be stored and transported within 40 x 20 ft. ISO Containers and is specified to tolerate extreme climates and conditions worldwide.
