One of Melbourne’s top garden centres, The Greenery, turned to HTS TENTIQ when they needed extra on-site temporary retail building space for their indoor and outdoor furniture range. With demand for this type of furniture on the up it was imperative the company could capitalise on the growth with the additional space; quickly and affordably.

Although the client wanted the building on a permanent basis, they also wanted the option to relocate the building to another part of the site in line with future ongoing expansion.

A 10.00 m x 20.00 m insulated industrial structure with an eave height of 4.20 m provided the client with 200 m² of instant retail space. The temporary retail building was installed with the popular Thermo inflatable roof system with non-translucent fabric covers. Walling comprised of a combination of horizontal glass 40 mm UPVC security wall panels.

The building incorporated 2 x double glazed door units with overhead canopies along with a fully integrated gutter system. The complete structure was installed directly onto the existing site ground conditions.

Since the installation of this structure, the customer has purchased another larger building for use at the same site.
