Manhattan Double Decker Tent for BMW Hospitality Sport

German Touring Car Masters (DTM) is a significant series of 3 day events taking place every year of which BMW participates in. The events consist of 9 races, across 8 different tracks throughout Germany, Austria, Netherlands and Russia.

One of the leading German based car manufacturers, BMW, approached HTS TENTIQ with a brief of designing a Manhattan double decker tent that represented their quality brand at every race, along with accommodating all team members and VIP guests. It was critical that the double decker building was easily installed and dismantled as this would occur every 2 weeks over a 6 month period.

A Manhattan Double Decker Tent was chosen that measured 25.00m in length, 15.00m wide with an 8.60m eave height. This allowed enough space for a hospitality area and a lounge for the drivers. A balcony measuring 2.50m was added so the VIP guests could watch the race. A luxurious and dominant finish was executed that enabled BMW to stand out from others during the series of races.

HTS TENTIQ was chosen as it was the only company that were able to design and manufacture such a high quality multi-level structure. The project has been a complete success and BMW is extremely happy with the solution.
