The in-house technical design and engineering department has years of knowledge and experience in the design of Custom Structures. This expertise, together with the very latest in 3D CAD modelling and automated precision CNC manufacturing has enabled HTS TENTIQ to become a leading force in the highly specialized field.
When designing Customized Structures, one of our primary aims is to use the maximum amount of stock components used within our standard range of tents and structures. This means the project can proceed to design much quicker than if components were manufactured individually and it also keeps cost down.
From initial ideas to working drawings, production, shipping and installation if needed, our special projects division can create just about any design possible. Structures can be designed in different sizes, shapes and engineered to higher wind and snow tolerances for projects in extreme climates or environments. Over the years we have worked with private, corporate and government clients on a global basis, creating and delivering some truly innovative, striking and unique event structures.
Main Components
Frame
The frame for our large marquee is manufactured by HTS TENTIQ in Germany from a combination of high grade anodized aluminum and corrosive resistant galvanized steel for the connecting parts.
Covers
Covers are supplied using the latest in low wick, anti-fungicide high gloss white, flame retardant translucent or Opaque PVC in accordance to international standards including DIN 4102 B1, BS 5438 / 7837.
