A logistics building enables fast and efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods. Suitable doors and access points ensure short transport routes.

Since logistics buildings typically cover very large areas and are intended for medium- to long-term use, a building permit is required in most cases. Only lightweight structures without foundations, with a maximum footprint of 75 m² and a maximum duration of three months, can be classified as “temporary structures” and erected without a permit. However, with our experts at your side, you will receive full support in all official procedures and coordination with the relevant building authorities.

Our logistics buildings are constructed using a flexible and modular lightweight design. This approach allows for very short construction times – even for large-scale buildings. In most cases, lightweight logistics halls of up to 1,000 m² can be assembled within one week. Depending on requirements and site conditions, it is also possible to erect a logistics building without foundations. If a foundation is required, the overall construction time will increase and depends on the execution by the appointed construction company.
