Large wedding tent for a venue in Kangaroo Valley
Requirements
The requirement for a large wedding tent came from a charming and unique wedding and event venue in the impressive Kangaroo Valley.
When events exceeded the maximum capacity of 90 seats in the existing event area, the organiser previously hired a tent, which was set up on a special wooden platform next to the existing pergola and the event building.
The growing interest in this wonderful venue was no surprise, which is why the organiser wanted to invest in their own large, permanently installed wedding tent in order to save on rental costs and to better manage the available guest capacity.
Solution
HTS TENTIQ delivered the following tent:
- Wedding tent from Höcker party tents
- 6.00 m width × 15.00 m length with a eaves height of 2.40 m
- The individual elements were custom-made and designed to match the pergola connected to the event building, in lengths of 2.50 m.
- Uniquely designed steel plates were embedded into the existing wooden platform, allowing the new tent to be easily bolted in place or, if required, released and dismantled.
- Wall panels made of clear glass windows ensure that guests can take in the spectacular bush landscape while remaining under cover.
The new tent from HTS TENTIQ is a high-quality, custom-made construction adapted to the existing event building and perfectly harmonises with the understated natural beauty and splendour of the valley.
