The modern VIP tent “Manhattan single-level” combines breathtaking aesthetics with maximum functionality: the perfect solution for both short- and long-term applications. In its standard version, our premium tent Manhattan single-storey is available in widths from 10.00 m to 30.00 m. The side height can reach between 4.00 m and 6.00 m. Through modular extensions in 5 m increments, this VIP tent can be expanded without limitation.

For Gruppo Peroni Eventi, a company renowned for professional planning, conception and management of premium events in Europe, we realised an exclusive event and hospitality lounge for the Lamborghini brand. Our client required a bespoke, single-storey premium event building distinguished by its functionality and efficiency during on-site assembly. It was essential that the layout could be flexibly adapted to local conditions and that multiple installations were also possible under challenging circumstances, as the 2022 racing series was taking place at six different locations.

By using modular, combinable and individually tailored high-class event structures of the Manhattan type, we were able to meet these requirements. With a generous floor area of 750 m², the exclusive event tent offers ample space for high-end VIP hospitality on site. Various layout options are available, including lounge and service areas, terraces, offices and fully equipped kitchens. Thanks to the flexibility of the Manhattan event structure, we were able to meet the client’s requirements and deliver a perfectly adapted premium spatial solution for the 2022 racing series.

Due to our continuous growth, we required additional space capacity for our employees, meetings and guest receptions. In light of social distancing requirements during the coronavirus pandemic, we decided to construct a new building that fully meets our needs. As a result, we opted for the Manhattan double-storey tent, which can be specifically adapted to our requirements.

The tent was installed on our company premises in a very short time and offers two meeting rooms on the ground floor for 6–8 people each, as well as a spacious foyer that can be used during meetings for breaks and light meals. In addition, there is a technical room. On the upper floor, there is a large room that comfortably accommodates around 15 people while maintaining distancing requirements.

All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technical fittings such as screens, lighting, as well as heating and air-conditioning systems to provide optimal support for presentations and meetings. Customers, visitors and employees alike are enthusiastic about the double-storey Manhattan structure and appreciate the new meeting opportunities it provides.

For a large wedding in a beautiful park setting in Australia, HTS TENTIQ was commissioned to plan and deliver the appropriate event tent. Instead of a conventional tent, a large wedding tent was required that would integrate perfectly into the natural surroundings while also providing protection in bad weather. The sales team at HTS TENTIQ designed a Röder HTS event tent with a transparent roof and side walls, with parts of the structure fitted with linings. To make the wedding tent even more individual and suitable, the HTS innovation team developed a technique to give the aluminium frame an attractive wood finish. This resulted in a wedding tent that blended perfectly into the park environment in the style of an old barn and was installed on a wooden flooring system previously supplied by HTS TENTIQ. The final result was breathtaking and perfectly coordinated.

In 2019, HTS TENTIQ equipped a very special event site covering approximately 30 million square metres of desert landscape with a large number of different tents: the King Abdulaziz Camel Festival, held annually in Saudi Arabia and the world’s largest camel festival. HTS TENTIQ supplied a total of 340 event tents, including two impressive Manhattan models measuring 40.00 m × 60.00 m with a height of 9.00 m. Our company also produced a large number of pagoda tents with dimensions of 5.00 m × 5.00 m. Due to their flexible arrangement and design, pagoda tents offer a wide range of configuration possibilities, as multiple structures can be seamlessly connected. These tents are easy to assemble and individually adaptable.

For the client Cirque du Soleil, our in-house development and engineering departments drew on their extensive experience to design a bespoke “dome tent” in the form of a dome with a diameter of 50.00 m and a height of 16.00 m. The structures were specifically engineered to meet site-specific wind loads in order to withstand the extreme conditions of the desert.
