Manhattan Office Cube as a centre for visitor receptions

Our Manhattan system is coming into focus within the professional community: the magazine DETAIL addresses, in its special feature “The Mobile Property”, how we are redefining the boundaries of building.

Our project in Kefenrod is living proof that mobile structures can meet the highest architectural standards. Immerse yourself in a case study that shows why this concept has also convinced the experts at DETAIL.

Requirements

Due to its ongoing company expansion, HTS TENTIQ had a growing need for space for its employees. It was therefore agreed to construct a new building for meetings and to receive guests. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting social distancing requirements, it was necessary to create additional office space. These were intended to offer the necessary comfort for all visitors while also showcasing the possibilities of implementing HTS TENTIQ tent constructions.

Solution

Within a very short time, we constructed a Manhattan double-storey structure tailored to our requirements, which was installed directly at the entrance area of our company site. The ground floor offers two meeting rooms for 6–8 people each, along with a reception area and a technical room, while the upper floor features a large room that comfortably accommodates around 15 people even while maintaining social distancing rules. The spacious foyer is available during meetings for breaks and small meals. All rooms are highly comfortable and equipped with presentation technology including screens, lighting, as well as heating and air conditioning systems.

Benefits

The multi-storey Manhattan structure impresses both customers and visitors – and our employees appreciate the new internal meeting facilities. With this Office Cube, our clients can gain an impression of the full range of our tent systems. It is an impressive example of a space solution that is flexible, cost-efficient, and can be erected at short notice.
