Commercial building for a temporary clothing store
Requirements
A leading supermarket chain required, as part of refurbishment measures, a temporary retail space for its well-known clothing collection. The building had to be freestanding next to the main building and have its own entrance and exit. Here, they benefited from the expertise and competence of HTS TENTIQ with temporary buildings.
Solution
The customer was able to be supplied at short notice with a temporary commercial building from the range of insulated temporary buildings measuring 20.00 m x 30.00 m with an eaves height of 4.20 m and gained 600 m² of retail space.
Equipped with a thermally insulated PVC roof system and side cladding made of 70 mm thick insulated sandwich panels, suitable temperature control within the interior could be ensured.
The building was also fitted with a durable flooring system that was precisely tailored to the existing ground conditions.
